Not sure what I donwloaded.
I was looking for an APP for my iPhone in which I could up or download DWG drawings and review them. Downloaded sitePAD, paid $9.99 for it, and installed it on my iPhone.Although the program loaded and starts, not sure what I'm supposed to do with. The instructions don't make sense as it does not state where I should look; desktop or iPhone. The instructions state to click on an icon, which I did, but there is no actual link button, more of a save file to or from the deviceWhen I try to log in, it says I don't have an account. yet when I log into the site via my desktop, my account is there.When I look at SitePAD on my desktop, there are no radial buttons that really tell me whats going on. No help, and no support; no contact info. WHen I look at the stats of my account, it states I have 28-days left. Where in heck did my $9.99 go?I feel like I've been taken, yet this looked like a good program.It all might come down to operator error, but I'm not a beginner to computers with 44+ years in the business.
